BOOKING & POLICIES

$180 per hour, billed in six-minute (0.1 hour) increments. Tattoos taking 40 minutes or less are a flat $100. Work over 40 minutes is charged at the hourly rate for the whole appointment. All prices are plus 5% GST.

Rates may change. The rate quoted when you book is the rate you pay. Any estimate is provided for planning and is not a price cap. The final price is based on the actual appointment duration and approved scope under the rate quoted when the appointment was booked.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an appointment and is deducted from the final price of that tattoo. It covers the time held and design work already completed and is not a penalty.

Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. Foxy Ink accepts e-transfer, cash, and payments processed through Square. No refunds are provided for completed work.

A client may reschedule once and keep the deposit by providing at least 48 hours notice. The new appointment must be within 90 days. Cancelling, not attending, or arriving more than 30 minutes late forfeits the deposit and requires a new deposit to rebook.

If Foxy Ink cancels or reschedules for a studio-side reason, the deposit may be carried over or refunded in full at the client’s preference.

Design and consultation time is included in the hourly rate. Two rounds of substantial drawing changes are included; further design time is charged at the hourly rate. The client approves the stencil, placement, sizing, spelling, dates, translations, and symbols before tattooing begins.

Once the stencil is approved in place, placement and sizing are final. Please check spelling, dates, translations, and symbols carefully; once approved, they are your responsibility.

One complimentary touch-up per tattoo is available for minor healing issues and must be booked and completed within six months.

The complimentary touch-up does not cover hands, fingers, feet, toes, elbows, knees, lips, inner ear, and other high-friction or high-movement areas; white ink, UV ink, and fine white highlights; cover-ups, reworks, scar tissue, and existing tattoos; healing affected when aftercare was not followed, or by sun, pools, hot tubs, open water, picking, or scratching.

Any further touch-up, change, or addition to finished work is charged at the hourly rate with the $100 minimum.

Clients must be 18 or older on the appointment date. Foxy Ink does not tattoo minors, with or without parental or guardian consent. Foxy Ink inspects original government photo identification at every appointment. The studio records the identification type, last four digits, and date of birth, but does not photograph or retain a copy of the identification.

Eat a proper meal beforehand, arrive well hydrated, and wear clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area.

Do not drink alcohol or use drugs before your appointment. Foxy Ink will not tattoo an impaired client, and the deposit is lost.

Tell Yana in advance about any medical condition, medication, allergy, or skin condition that could affect tattooing or healing. Individual medical questions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

One guest may accompany a client in the studio with advance notice. Every guest must be at least 18 years old. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and a guest may be asked to leave if safety, hygiene, or the appointment is disrupted.

Private, appointment-only studio in Cranston, Calgary, Alberta. The exact studio address is provided privately when an appointment and deposit are confirmed.

Foxy Ink may refuse or stop work, while retaining the deposit and fees for work already completed, if a client is impaired, cannot show identification, provides false age or health information, is abusive, presents a condition that makes the work unsafe, or requests content considered hateful, harassing, or plagiarized.
